in Barcelona

From 29 July to 2 August 2026

A profound encounter
between the sun and the stars

We invite you to experience a experience of reconnection, creation and expansion through the encounter with the Master Plants, in a five-day nature retreat, where ancient wisdom intertwines with art and conscious presence.

The journey begins with two nightly ceremonies of Ayahuasca,, opening a deep space for introspection, cleansing and inner encounter. From there, we give way to a day of integration through the art and conscious sculpture, where the lived experience can take form and expression. Finally, we close with the medicine of the Wachuma, (San Pedro), in a daytime ceremony that invites us to expand our hearts, walk with the Earth and embody what we have received.

All this in a beautiful natural setting in the outskirts of Barcelona, where silence, nature and the support of the group accompany each stage of the process: looking inwards, creating from the authentic and opening up to life with greater presence.

What is Wachuma and Ayahuasca?
How do we work with them?

Wachuma - The Heart Cactus

Wachuma, also known as San Pedro, is an ancestral remedy from the Andes, used since ancient times by native peoples as a bridge between the visible world and the spiritual world. Its medicine opens perception, silences the mind and expands the heart, allowing an intimate connection with nature, with others and with our deepest essence.

This sacred cactus guides us with firmness and tenderness, showing us inner paths that we sometimes forget, helping us to remember the sacred in the simple, in what we already are.

Ayahuasca,

Among the Master Plants it is known as the Grandmother. She transmits wisdom, gentleness and love.

Its essence opens the doors of perception and immerses us in an introspective journey, revealing hidden truths and connecting us with the very essence of the universe.

Through this entheogenic medicine, the mysteries of our existence are revealed and paths to self-knowledge, healing and spiritual growth are opened up.

A Path of Conscious Healing

Used in appropriate contexts, with respect and presence, Wachuma and Ayahuasca can be powerful allies for processes of emotional healing, energetic release and spiritual reconnection. It acts gently, allowing to observe without judgement, to forgive with love and to let go with clarity.

Its action extends beyond the ceremony, sowing a new outlook on life, strengthening intuition and reminding us of our capacity to love unconditionally.

Who is this retreat for?

They are in search of a profound transformation

They want to deepen their sensitivity and creativity

Retreat Experiences and Practices

Ancestral ceremonies

Ayahuasca and Wachuma will guide us to open the heart through the ceremonies.

Integrations

Daily accompaniment through a therapeutic space of listening and reflection where we can integrate our understanding of medicine.

Reading the territory

A connection with the land where we are, to comprehend how we relate to it.

Dances, songs and meditations

A moment in which the being manifests itself by awakening a vibratory state of presence and expansion.

Art

Conscious sculpture workshop connecting with our creativity from presence.

Rituality

Sacred spaces where we honour life with fire, song, silence and presence, remembering the art of living with purpose.

Sculptural ceramics workshop

As part of the integration process, we will open a space dedicated to art through a sculptural ceramics workshop guided by Martina Moxo. After the nights of Ayahuasca, this day invites us to bring the experience down to the body, connecting with the sensitivity of the heart and allowing the experience to find a tangible form through the hands.

Accompanied by Martina, we will delve into working with clay as a way of intimate and creative expression. We will learn modelling techniques, textures and finishes, but above all we will open ourselves to a process where each piece is born from the authentic, without the need for previous experience. Ceramics here becomes a ritual act: giving form to the invisible, listening to what wants to emerge and allowing each creation to have its own unique and unrepeatable story. .

Each participant will create their own piece, which will then be baked at high temperature and sent home as a living souvenir of the process. An object charged with intention, memory and presence, which can continue to accompany the journey long after the retreat.

Testimonials

Throughout this process you are fully accompanied, sustained and supported by the person leading the ceremony, like a father accompanying his child, or a mother holding and nurturing her little one as she wanders on the journey within, taking giant steps towards a shift in consciousness.

Amorawa inspires me and accompanies me in the transit from the circumference of my existence towards the pulsating life that flows in gushes from the most sacred centre of my being, towards that space where all beings beat in a single heart of light and love, blessed and sheltered in the infinite love of our Mother Earth.

Rachel

My experience with ayahuasca was a before and after. I arrived at the retreat with my self-esteem as one might say from the
floors. And at the end I felt something that every person should be able to experience, because it cannot be explained in words.
I encourage everyone to experience it because it gives a lot of energy and peace.

Carlos

Bio

Having trained in Zen Buddhism and Eastern philosophy since my adolescence, in my youth I followed the path of shamanism which led me to the knowledge of the Master Plants and their wisdom.

Through my personal process of awareness and liberation, I was able to walk a path where I became coherent with my Self. And through this knowledge, today I can share healing and awareness.

My purpose is to accompany people to rediscover themselves in order to live in harmony with themselves and with nature.

Aurora

Aurora Nina Vitale, French singer, artist and holistic therapist who grew up in the countryside. Trained from a young age in Dance, Singing, Drawing, Plastic Arts.

It was precisely the path of Art that led him to his own path of deepening, self-knowledge and healing.

In a progressive and natural way, this exploration of life has led him to the accompaniment of others in the natural therapy with plants and also through his hands, sound, singing, clarity of vision (mediumship).

As a child she was initiated in Brazil by several medicine women, and has made several initiatory journeys in Africa and Latin America that have led her to the knowledge of ancestry.

Today, she shares ancestral remedies with love and simplicity as her life's purpose.

Martina

Bio

I grew up in a village on the outskirts of Barcelona, which is full of hills of clayey soil. My parents were potters and those first contacts with clay from a very young age were a gift to my artistic experimentation.

I spent almost two years living in Peru and that brought me very close to the ancestral cultures, their art and cosmovision.

After this trip I had a creative hiatus, a lack of inspiration that lasted several years and made me feel incomplete. Until a year after my daughter Alma was born, a very strong desire to recreate a pre-Columbian figure awoke in me, and with it all the magic began. ....

The presence of the different facilitators may vary depending on the availability and size of the group of participants.

Is it necessary to follow a diet beforehand?

Yes, it is common and widely recommended to follow a diet at least 3-4 days before taking ayahuasca.

The diet aims to prepare the body and mind for the ayahuasca experience, as this medicinal plant can interact with certain foods and medicines, and the diet can help to avoid complications or discomfort during the ceremony. In addition, the diet can facilitate a deeper connection to the medicine and the purification process.

Here is a general guide to the recommended diet and the foods that are not recommended before taking ayahuasca:

Recommended diet before ayahuasca:

  1. Abstain from drugs and medicinesAvoid the use of psychoactive substances, such as alcohol, marijuana, recreational drugs and certain medications. If you are taking prescription medications, it is important to consult with a health professional about whether it is safe to temporarily discontinue their use.

  2. Light foodsOpt for a light and simple diet to facilitate purification and avoid stomach upset. This includes fresh vegetables, fruits, light soups and whole grains.

  3. Avoid processed foods and high-fat foods.Avoid processed, fried or high-fat foods, as they can hinder digestion and the experience during the ceremony.

  4. Avoid stimulant foodsAvoid foods containing caffeine, such as coffee, tea and chocolate, as they can interfere with the ayahuasca process and affect the quality of the experience.

  5. Avoid foods rich in tyramineTyramine is an amino acid found in certain foods that can interact with ayahuasca, potentially causing unwanted side effects. Examples are aged cheeses, sausages, red wine and fermented foods.

  6. Avoid foods rich in tyryptophanTryptophan is an amino acid found in certain foods and can influence serotonin in the body. It is advisable to avoid foods rich in tryptophan before the ayahuasca ceremony. Examples are turkey, chicken, and dairy products.

The following are some of the most important contraindications for taking master plants:

  1. Heart disease and high blood pressureThese remedies may have stimulating effects on the cardiovascular system, which could be risky for people with heart problems or high blood pressure.

  2. Psychiatric disordersPeople who have a history of psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or severe anxiety and depressive disorders, should avoid using these plants, as they may exacerbate these disorders.

  3. Use of medicines and drugsSome drugs can interact negatively with ayahuasca, especially those that affect the central nervous system or serotonin. It is also important to avoid taking other drugs before or during ayahuasca.

  4. PregnancyPregnant women should avoid consumption due to possible unknown effects on the foetus.

  5. BreastfeedingNot recommended for use during breast-feeding, as the active ingredients may pass into breast milk and affect the baby.

  6. Monoamine oxidase inhibitor drugs (MAOIs)Ayahuasca contains components that can interact with MAOIs, a class of drugs used to treat depression and other disorders. Combining these plants with MAOIs can cause dangerous reactions.

In any case, people with serious or chronic health conditions, or other conditions, should consult us prior to withdrawal to assess their case.
