It is a journey through free movement, a deep exploration where the body expresses itself without choreography, without judgement and without the need for words.<\/p><p data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"1417\">In a carefully tended space, guided by a musical wave that takes you from stillness to ecstasy and back to calm, the body recalls its ancestral language: movement as medicine.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f6d5f3b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f6d5f3b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What makes it different?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e32a6c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2e32a6c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"2149\"><li data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"1589\"><p data-start=\"1457\" data-end=\"1589\"><strong data-start=\"1457\" data-end=\"1487\">No choreography, no judgement:<\/strong>\u00a0There are no steps to learn and no \"correct\" forms. Here you don't dance to be seen, but to feel.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1590\" data-end=\"1763\"><p data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1763\"><strong data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1634\">No substances, no talking, no screens:<\/strong>\u00a0The proposal is to return to pure presence. No distractions, no masks, just you and your breath in dialogue with the rhythm. Sometimes Cacao can be included in a pre-drinking. But other substances are excluded.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1945\"><p data-start=\"1766\" data-end=\"1945\"><strong data-start=\"1766\" data-end=\"1791\">A secure container:<\/strong>\u00a0A space is held where respect, consent and mutual care are essential. Every body has its place, every expression is welcome.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1946\" data-end=\"2149\"><p data-start=\"1948\" data-end=\"2149\"><strong data-start=\"1948\" data-end=\"1966\">Music in waves:<\/strong> The session builds like an energetic wave: it starts gentle, rises to trance intensity and descends towards integration. These substances create an inner ground of pleasure, security and emotional openness, where inner processes can unfold more smoothly, the body unloads, decompresses and can return to rest.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa3f98e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fa3f98e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. This somatic attention, interoception, is the basis of emotional intelligence.
