Kambó: Detox, life force and health
What is Kambó?
A natural ancestral remedy 100%: antiviral, antimicrobial, antibiotic and anti-inflammatory. Used for thousands of years in the Amazon, Kambó has now reached the Western world.
Traditionally it was used to generate a deep cleansing of the body and soul, to heal from the panema (a term used to describe times of bad luck or the presence of negative energies), to give strength, to enhance intuition, and to cure other illnesses.
Recently, the World Economic Forum has pointed out that the antibiotic peptides in Kambó could be the antidote to the antibiotic crisis, as Kambó can target and treat even antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

What happens in a session?
Our sessions begin with a preparation where intentions are explored in order to go beyond the mind and connect with what is moving in the heart.
Frog secretions are scraped off with a wooden "Kambo stick" and applied through small, very shallow burns (sometimes known as "gates") on the surface layer of the skin.
At first, the body temperature rises and the heart rate increases. This usually lasts about five minutes. After this, blood pressure drops and you may feel a little weak. During this time the "purge" begins, in which the body starts to release stored toxins.
The session lasts about 30 minutes. Afterwards, sometimes people feel tired and need to rest for a while. At other times, people immediately feel energised and experience the feeling of the "I'm not tired".Kambo glow“.
The Kambo we use comes from the jungles of Brazil and Peru and is harvested in a respectful way. No frogs are harmed during the process of obtaining the Kambo.
Tariffs
We differentiate between two types of fees. A reduced rate for people who are already participating in an Ayahuasca retreat, and a reduced rate for people who come from outside the retreat exclusively for the application of Kambó.

Proposals and prices
On the dates marked on the calendar, we hold retreats with Master Plants, where we will be hosted during those days to welcome all the people we can support.
Since there are people who want to treat themselves exclusively with Kambó, we offer two formats: workshop and retreat.
The workshop is an individual session that can be booked on any day of the retreat (Friday, Saturday or Sunday). It does not include an overnight stay. And it is designed for people who live nearby and only want to come for treatment.
The retreat is an option for deeper detox work, accompanied by integration sessions where we can support and bring light to your personal process. All inclusive from Thursday to Sunday.

Location
The meeting will take place in a unique location. A private farmhouse in the mountains of Malaga, where we can listen in peace to the sounds of nature and find a haven of peace in which to enter into the Great Mystery, and where we will have conscious and healing vegetarian food to accompany our processes.
Accommodation in shared rooms.
Its location is well connected to reach it from anywhere. It is 45 minutes from Malaga airport. It is possible to arrive by bus from Malaga to the nearest village (transfer service available).

Facilitators
We are a team of experienced professionals with long experience in working with master plants. Trained in various disciplines of consciousness, spirituality, neuropathy, nutrition, music, and different areas that allow us to offer a holistic approach in which we accompany from the heart and knowledge following three premises: awareness, love and responsibility.
We have specialised medical advice and first aid training certified by the Red Cross. We take care of the health of the people who come to us.

Questions and Answers
In case of cancellation by the organisers of the retreat, the participant may choose to request a refund of the reservation, or to be saved for a future retreat in that city or another city (no time limit).
In case of cancellation by the participant, reservations will not be refunded. However, they can be passed on to a friend or family member to attend in their place.
It is advisable to eat a light and healthy diet of fresh, organic and unprocessed food before a Kambo session, although it is not mandatory. It is also advisable to refrain from the use of stimulants such as caffeine before receiving Kambo. Hydration is important, and dehydration can increase discomfort during a session. That said, it is not necessary to drastically increase the amount of fluid intake the morning before a session. If you currently consume alcohol, it is advisable to abstain the day before, the day of and after Kambo.
Do not fast (water fast) 7 days before or after Kambo. It is necessary to be well nourished. Although if you are Fasting for 8-12 hours before taking Kambo is necessary.. As it is usually administered first thing in the morning, it is sufficient to stop eating the night before.
Set intentions before the ceremony. What is not serving you and what you want to release from your being. Also set intentions for the positive things you would like to attract into your life.
The people listed below are NOT safe to take Kambo.
Who:
- They suffer from heart conditions.
- Brain haemorrhage, aneurysms or blood clots.
- Take medication for low blood pressure.
- They have suffered a stroke.
- They have suffered a cerebral haemorrhage.
- Have had aneurysms or blood clots.
- They do not have the mental capacity to make the decision to take Kambo.
- Are undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy or are in a period later than 4 weeks after treatment.
- They take immunosuppressants for organ transplantation.
- They suffer from Addison's disease.
- They suffer from epilepsy.
- He is recovering from major surgery.
- You are pregnant or may be pregnant
- You are breastfeeding a child under 6 months of age (children older than 6 months have no problem and should only stop breastfeeding for 4-6 hours after treatment).
If you find yourself in any of these situations, you will not be able to work with Kambo for your own safety. It is essential that you pass on any relevant health information to the facilitator. If you have any other serious health problems or illnesses for which you are taking medication, it is essential to communicate this in advance for assessment.
